Hails from Yagba West Local government Area of Kogi State. Born in the Month of July 1971 at Ejiba to the Family of Chief Jeremiah Oshanope and Mrs. Jeremiah Deborah.

He began his academic Sojourn at the L.S.M.B. Primary School Ejibo in the then Oyi, L.G.A of Kwara State.

Mr Jeremiah obtained his west African School Certificate (WASSC) in 1988, NCE 1993, B.Sc (ed) 1998 and M.SC in 2001 respectively until his appointment as the Substantive Registrar of Kogi State College of Education, Ankpa.

Mr. Jeremiah worked with Federal ministry of works and Housing, Field Headquarters, Urban and Regional section Benin City and the Federal College of Education, Okene as an Administrative Officer where he rose to the rank of Deputy Registrar.

His hobbies include, Researching, Brainstorming and swimming. He is happily married with children.
